 The Preceptor Award is designed to recognize the Program Director who has gone above and beyond - who has achieved a new standard of excellence - and has established new directions, initiatives and goals for a leadership program and its graduates.  Up to five directors of community leadership programs will be selected and recognized at the annual leadership conference on Wednesday evening, June 20, 2012 in Indianapolis, IN.  ALP is collaborating with the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership Conference to provide a forum for this event.  Preceptor winners must attend the 2012 conference.
